Fresh Pastries

Our pastries are baked fresh daily in our Revent oven. We have a wide variety of pastries from the sweet to the savory, from classic Italian favorites to our very own modern creations. And, of course, if you’re looking for something more substantial, we sell our classic Italian cookies by the pound or you can choose from any of our stock cakes made fresh in the bakery each day.

We make our own butter blocks to ensure the most tender layers in all of our laminated pastries. Our butter contains only two natural ingredients: the freshest 100% real pasteurized sweet cream and salt. That’s it. Nothing artificial or synthetic. All dairy products come from California dairies and has never treated with the growth hormone rBST.
